Am i the only one here who wrestles? just so everyone else knows, it happens to be the most demanding sport in the minnesota state high school league, and i doubt pat here would last through one practice! Just an idea of a normal practice, after warmups ect. we live wrestle for a while and go over take-downs, pretty much basic stuff, then at the end of practice, we do "P.A.T." 's, or "Pain, Agony, and Torture". One PAT consists of Sprinting full court on a basketball court 4 full lengths, doing pushups for 2 minutes, immediatly sprinting again 4 lengths, doing 2 minutes of situps, then sprinting, you guessed it, 4 full lengths again, and doing 2 minutes of jumping jacks. We usually do 10 of these towards the end of practice.

Conditioning is fun too! we run... For 3 hours solid, stop to get a drink when you need it, otherwise just keep running... you wanna lose some weight? come to wrestling practice... i've gone down 10 pounds in one conditioning practice before.

Since you're so stuck on fondling boys, you can call it that if you want, all we do is beat each other up, have someone who wrestles cradle you sometime, its one of the most painful things that can happen to you, especially if you're not flexible.

So sue me, i like to wrestle, i don't see it as "Fondling boys" i see it as athletes competing. If i have any complaints about wrestling, there's only 1 - The uniforms /barf guys in women's swimsuits!

Wanna know somethin else? it ain't all boys either! i've wrestled 3 girls in my 4 year career! so :P:)
