I don't understand why you guys are saying like 'well Saddam was evil but there are other evil dictators too so it's wrong to get rid of Saddam but not others.' So you're saying you're going to totally support US declaring war on every corrupt/cruel regime in the world? Give me a break. You don't have to know much about politics to know that you simply can't just declare war on the entire world's problems. Iraq was perceived as a threat to US given past history. That is why US moved against them. Are you saying that just because no one else stepped up against the world's problems that the US, as a country, can't try to correct some of it when Iraq happens to be perceived as a threat to US so it make sense to get rid of the problem?

I'm beginning to think if Canada invaded US tomorrow some of you would say it's wrong to fight back because they're certainly no more messed up than some of the more messed up regime of the world, but we don't blow those guys up.

And I think only Europe/US people can be so arrogant to think that losing people number on the hundreds is a cause for failure. Never mind we obviously killed many more than the hundreds we lost in the war. Never mind that even after killing all those people, it's pretty obvious that Iraqi didn't want things back the old way so despite killing a lot more people than we ever lost, Iraq as a whole still prefer this way. Way more than hundreds of people get killed on automobile accidents so do you say that the govenment has failed to provide transportation since so many people die from it? I think it's like what Stalin said, one death is a tragedy and a million is just a statistics. No one seems to care way more people die in US alone from a whole mess of things (that certainly could've been prevented if people care about it) but have 8 guys die from a helicopter and it's the end of the world.
