Im not particularly scholarly in regards to occurences of terrorist attacks during the clinton administration, but i dont think any massive foreign attacks on the U.S. occured. In fact the only "terrorist" attack that i see evident, in the united states, was a domestic issue (timothy mcVeigh), and the president isnt really supposed to be in charge of domestic policy.

How did GW do his job any better? ive read from numerous sources (and no i dont believe everything that i read) that information was present prior to the "terrorist attack" on the united states during the bush administration, that could have lead to preventitive measures, but none were taken until after the fact? how is GW doing his job anymore in clinton? clinton had no grounds to do his job, as opposed to GW who just neglected to do it entirely, even when presented with the information.
