Now compare any of those fox shows to ABC CBS and NBC.
You will find their viewership is a no where near what network news gets(but it is gaining everyday).

Print news is definitely on the left. Read the LA times or New York Times you will find they are undoubtly and unapologeticly liberal.

Network news is undoubtedly liberally biased. I do have to wonder about the political affiliation of your Stanford professor (a more conservative college than many others).

Talk radio is dominated by nationwide conservative shows but most major cities have a strong local lib on the air as well.

Now that doesnt mean there arent conservative shows on cable or conservative newspapers. There are but I can only think of 1 conservative network TV show (Fox Sunday) compared to a dozen or more liberal shows (60 minutes, Dateline, 20 20, today, good morning america,48 hours, NBC, ABC and CBS network news, etc, etc).

one thing everyone needs to keep in mind the news almost always trys to tear down whichever party is in power.
