I know it's not easy to do but unless i am so spaced out i need help getting to bad then when i get home drunk i exercises for 15-20 min drink lots of water and go to sleep, whenever i menage to do that no matter how much i drunk i feel ok in the morning, if i can't pull that off then morning after start with the help of my good friends MR Remy and Mr Martin after two visits with them it's "what hangover?"
