I usually drink probably about a gallon of water, before i go to sleep and my hangover starts as soon as i have to wake to get rid of that gallon of water. In the morning that follows with more water, and than a cup of coffee and a crusaunt and some kind of fruit , or else oatmeal. About an hour or two later, Im tired and feel drained, but at least im not feeling like im going to hurl every five minutes, and I can stand up without my head splitting in half. Though only time I get a hangover is if I drink Beer for some reason. If im drinking run, vodka or tequila, I seem to not have a hangover, or else Its just worn off by the time Im up probably because I drink faster when Im doing shots obviously.
